We operate a dedicated R&D and testing center with a total investment exceeding RMB 30 million. The facility is equipped with 19 five-axis and high-speed machining centers from leading global brands, including Mikron, Makino, and Quickjet.
Since the establishment of SGSO, the R&D and testing center has played a critical role in technological advancement and application support. Through intensive, high-frequency validation processes, the center conducts more than 10,000 tool development test cuts and application trials annually, ensuring continuous product optimization and reliable performance in real-world machining environments.
